Security Deposit:
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $1,000 or 30,000 THB (cash only) security deposit from the guest.
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.

Dear Guest,
As the proud owner of Villa Moonshadow, allow me to share a little about this one-of-a-kind,
iconic holiday retreat nestled on top of the green hills of Chaweng Noi in Koh Samui,
Thailand. Having won multiple awards, including several at the prestigious World Boutique
Hotel Awards, the villa is a testament to what is possible when a unique design, breathtaking
views over the Gulf of Thailand, and 24/7 ultra-luxe comfort are merged into one
extraordinary holiday experience.
Designed by the award-winning Thai architect Bodin Sritrakul, Villa Moonshadow boasts an
eco-friendly design that seamlessly blends with the surrounding tropical forest and has
become one of the island’s landmarks thanks to its iconic roofs. The villa’s spacious interiors
filled with natural sunlight give it a timeless and sophisticated feel. The villa offers four
minimalistic bedrooms, each equipped with private terrazzo walk-in bathrooms, high-end
technology, terraces, and stunning 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and the island’s
pristine coastline.
What sets Villa Moonshadow apart even further from any other villa, is its unique blend of
luxury and nature. The property is naturally cooled by an integrated waterfall system (modern
air conditioning technology is of course also present in all rooms), and it houses a 60m2
infinity pool, an eco-pond, and 1350m2 Eden-like gardens within its premises and around it,
boasting countless tropical fruits from mangos and papaya to jackfruit, coconuts, and
mangosteen. It also provides a refuge for many of the island’s colourful bird species
(binoculars are provided). I’ve always been captivated by how the villa’s design allows it to
blend seamlessly with the surrounding tropical forest, offering guests a truly immersive
experience of Koh Samui’s natural beauty.
Despite its seclusion (which emanates a pervasive sense of peace), the villa provides easy
access to all the island’s hotspots and beaches. Its reputation for luxury extends to its services,
which include 24-hour in-house villa service with a chef de cuisine, daily cleaning, and
numerous additional services like professional in-villa Thai massages, 24-hour driver
services, private yoga or fitness instructors, and Thai cooking lessons, to name a few.
Such a blend of luxury, comfort, and eco-friendly design, coupled with its unique location,
