Open-Plan Airy Chic Design
The open plan 100 sqm combined lounge, dining and kitchen area is the social heart of the villa. It features Javanese stone flooring and large sliding doors that open up two full sides, allowing for free movement between
the outside sun deck and the fan cooled interior, whilst the balmy hilltop breeze ensures that the villa never gets too hot. This level also has a well-equipped TV room, with a built-in sofa, scatter cushions and air conditioning
Spacious Outdoor Area
The outdoor spaces provide perfect opportunities to relax. The upper floor has a 107 sqm terrace that wraps around the front of the villa. A discreet guest bathroom, with shower, just off the terrace and all terraces are edged
with white bougainvillea. There are ample sun loungers beside the pool and if it gets a bit hot you have an undercover relaxation area with comfortable seating, fans, and a coffee table.
A carefully conceived design means that guests can choose to dine alfresco or indoors and yet never lose sight of the spectacular tropical surroundings. There is an outside dining area on the pool terrace that enjoys west facing
views, making it shady for breakfast and atmospheric in the evening with fabulous sunset views. A complimentary daily breakfast is included in the villa rate and a private chef an option on request at extra charge.

A wide, sweeping staircase opens onto the expansive sun terrace paved with cool Javanese stone which surrounds the large free form 4.5 x 14m swimming pool with infinity-edge that overlooks the outstanding views of Big

Spacious Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Panorama Summit has five spacious bedrooms, each with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, plenty of storage, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The two master bedrooms have wooden floors and private terraces.
There are also two twin ensuite guest rooms and a spacious fifth bedroom tucked into the far western section leading straight out onto the pool.

• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $1,000 (cash only) security deposit from the guest.
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
A word from the owner
The search for a place in the sun on a tropical island is a dream. We were fortunate to realise this in 2010 on the completion of Panorama Summit – our safe haven in paradise.
We first visited Koh Samui in the early 1990s, and there followed many trips building friendships around the island, introducing us in time to the Samui Summit Estate.
With good fortune a unique plot sat on the crest of the summit with sunrise east views and panoramic west views towards the mountainous interior and across the ocean to the marine park.
We took over the rock foundations and dramatically increased the scale of the house by half. The resulting revisions enabled spectacular views from both the large outside and inside areas, combining sun, shade and style around a central space for a relaxed poolside living experience.
In the contemporary villa we see today the emphasis is on functionality and comfort in a superb location for access to local beaches and all amenities .
We have found the space perfect for many memorable holidays with family and friends, for large and small scale entertaining, and also for more intimate retreats

Design
Our wonderful builder Bancha and project manager Simon worked with us on the design and build for a contemporary Asian style home. I cannot go any further without recognising their tremendous contribution. As a result we have a 950sqm property, with half as outside area.
The essential design principles are unique to Koh Samui:
· East and West views for truly magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The villa has unrestricted sea views on three sides. The sunset overlooks Big Buddha, the mountains and across the ocean to Anthong National Marine Park.
